Overall we were extremely impressed by Maltom, and would happily recommend them, and are likely to work with them again ourselves! Maltom was quick to bid and within the ballpark of other estimates - but Tom set himself apart from the others by actively noting where he anticipated complexity that others' didn't (ceiling height, stair header, sewer line, etc) and flagging potential risks and solutions.
